🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute field marketing programs including events and roadshows
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align programs with pipeline goals
• Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue, vendors, budgets, follow-up
• Track performance and ROI of field programs

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or events
• Experience working closely with sales teams in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events
• Data-driven mindset with comfort measuring and reporting ROI
