You will lead talent acquisition strategy for Mammoth Brands (parent of Lume and Mando), managing a team of recruiters and coordinators to hire ~120+ people per year. You'll build scalable, data-driven recruiting processes, partner with executives, and ensure an inclusive, world-class candidate experience.

• Partner with executives to build talent strategies.
• Actively audit hiring processes and adjust as needed.
• Develop training programs for interviewers and hiring managers.
• Deploy project management, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Partner with external organizations for diverse talent pipelines.
• Map and analyze talent progression to inform strategies.
• Develop and coach own team.
