Description
You will build and nurture relationships with VIP players, proactively addressing their needs and managing communications across channels. You'll coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, monitor player behavior and KPIs, and provide feedback to improve the player experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years in VIP team, customer service, or support role
- Data-driven with ability to understand trends
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Account management experience
- Creative, outgoing, and driven to achieve results
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with VIP players
- Communicate with VIPs via live chat, email, and phone
- Triage game bugs and coordinate with QA/Product teams
- Oversee VIP support agents to ensure fast resolution
- Monitor KPIs like contact rates, player activity, and spending
