Description

You will support and guide learners throughout their Digital Marketing program, acting as their primary point of contact via Slack, email, and Zoom. Your role includes moderating live sessions, monitoring learner progress, and providing proactive support to help them successfully complete the course and apply their skills in real-world scenarios.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing core areas (SEO, SEM, email, content, social, analytics)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned learners via Slack, email, and Zoom
  • Moderate live Zoom sessions, facilitate logistics, and promote learner engagement
  • Monitor learner progress, identify at-risk learners, and take action to guide them
  • Provide accountability through check-ins, goal-setting, and milestone tracking
  • Document and report on learner records and engagement metrics
