Description

As a Per Diem Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you will see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to deliver high-quality, human-centered care. This casual role offers 8-23 patient care hours per week.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or Board Eligible)
• State licensed in California before start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of technology

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with acute, chronic, and well visit needs
• Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures
• Obtaining additional state licensure for virtual primary care
