Description

You will lead the Technical Program Management function at Affirm, driving strategic planning, cross-functional delivery, and operational excellence across the Technology organization. Your work will directly influence company growth and results by scaling our financial products.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience
• Deep expertise in technical program management and building operational maturity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize technical solutions
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
• Agile and adaptable leader comfortable with fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable organizational processes for agile response to market demands
• Define and continuously improve planning processes across Finance, Revenue, and Legal
• Drive adoption of new processes and technologies, managing cultural aspects
• Act as consultant and coach to department leaders on process improvements
• Enhance internal communication strategies for visibility into goals and progress
