You'll lead observability and monetization programs for Confluent's cloud streaming platform, driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, and Finance. Your work will directly impact platform reliability, customer experience, and revenue operations. You'll translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate trade-offs to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive observability excellence across cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering and Finance on monetization delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Establish milestones, KPIs, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and resource allocation.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in technical program management.
• Strong understanding of observability stacks and cloud platforms.
• Experience with data pipelines or billing/metering systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with usage-based billing or FinOps.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, BigQuery, or Data Studio.
