This role provides operational support for sales and product support initiatives, including tracking key metrics, administering programs, and supporting digital business processes. You'll work closely with the Corporate Support Services Manager to improve performance across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years industry experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience in process improvement and project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Support key initiatives including process improvement and project management
  • Administer Caterpillar programs and claims
  • Administer Prioritized Service Events (PSE) and sales leads
  • Support Digital business (customer apps, eCommerce, fleet management)
  • Track and report on Differentiated Dealer Capabilities
