You'll source off-market homes, negotiate with sellers, and shape inventory for a top home buyer. Your deals power thousands of investor transactions using proprietary market data and unmatched income potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source residential properties through prospecting, research, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources
  • Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps, etc.)
  • Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management
  • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions
