💼 About This Role

You'll join Teya's field sales team, building relationships with small, local businesses to help them thrive with integrated payment and software solutions. You'll drive new business through face-to-face meetings and value-led sales approaches, achieving performance targets. This role offers a chance to create impact in a supportive, high-energy culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach and referrals
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand needs and build trust with consultative conversations
  • Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets
  • Share field insights to improve products, messaging, and sales processes

📋 Requirements

  • Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
  • Confidence building relationships and engaging new customers
  • Strong organization and time-management skills in a field-based environment
  • A full UK driving licence
