Description

You will lead the delivery of vehicle perception and planning capabilities for autonomous maritime systems, overseeing systems analysis, sensor integration, and algorithm implementation. You'll own customer success through multi-year software roadmaps, collaborate across teams, and perform hands-on architecture and implementation work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, CS, Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in C++ and/or Python software development
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle hardware and sensors (radar, sonar, LIDAR, cameras)
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, SLAM, motion planning, or machine learning
• Experience as senior perception or planning role delivering robotic system

Responsibilities

• Own customer success through design and delivery of multi-year software roadmap
• Lead teams architecting safe navigation, collision avoidance, and situational awareness systems
• Drive development of sensor suites, perception algorithms, planning algorithms, and test fixtures
• Utilize advanced computer vision, sensor fusion, and machine learning techniques
• Collaborate cross-functionally for system integration and testing
