  • Provide exceptional service to guests, residents, and partners.
  • Respond to guest communication via text, email, and platforms.
  • Ensure accurate check-in and payment collection.
  • Maintain safety and security for team and guests.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and use POS, CRM, or customer communication systems.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot or Airbnb platforms.
  • Previous multi-family or food & beverage experience.
