💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategic and operational side of Acquisition.com's content ecosystem, translating brand strategy into high-performance media. You'll turn ideas into finished assets at scale, ensuring every piece is on brand and executed to the highest standard. This role combines creative instincts with production logistics in a studio environment aiming to build a media powerhouse.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate brand strategy into concepts and episode formats.
• Lead pre-production including schedules, scripts, and shot lists.
• Direct on-set creative elements and provide final quality approvals.
• Use AI tools to streamline ideation, scripting, and editing workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Creative Producer or similar in digital media.
• Proven ability to operate across creative strategy and production logistics.
• Expert understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn platform dynamics.
• Fluency with AI tools and modern production workflows.
