You'll serve as a force multiplier for the CEO at a rapidly scaling life sciences company. Your core impact will be driving execution, strategic clarity, and cross-functional alignment. This role offers a unique blend of executive visibility and hands-on operational leadership in a high-growth biotech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making to drive clarity
• Design and manage the company's operating rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and track high-priority action items
• Prepare board materials and support investor communications

📋 Requirements

• 6-12+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, commercial operations, finance, product, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience running executive operating cadence and driving cross-functional execution
• Ability to interpret P&L, sales funnels, R&D milestones, and connect operational metrics to strategic outcomes
