🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive high-priority projects from planning through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Establish execution frameworks including quarterly planning, reviews, and escalation processes.
• Accelerate ML delivery cycles by streamlining coordination between engineering, analytics, and product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or ML domains
• 3–5+ years in leadership positions
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving ML systems and experimentation platforms
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and business metrics

• Experience in product-focused organizations
• Fluency in Russian
