You'll own a territory of mid-sized accounts, driving growth through upsell and cross-sell of PagerDuty's Operations Cloud. You'll build C-level relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Expand revenue in existing mid-sized accounts via upsell and cross-sell.
- Build relationships with C-level executives through consultative engagement.
- Develop territory and account plans identifying growth opportunities.
- Accurately forecast pipeline using Salesforce and MEDDICC.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales or account management in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a defined territory.
- Ability to sell to and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
