You'll support licensed colorists and the shift lead to deliver a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll learn services like consultations, shampooing, and blowouts while working toward promotion to Licensed Colorist. This role combines hands-on beauty service with sales goals and membership growth.

• Perform behind-the-chair services including shampooing, styling, and blowouts.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets cleanliness and inventory standards.
• Train to master color theory and behind-the-chair application skills.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
• Fluency in English.
