Description

In this role, you will manage loan documentation after funding, ensuring accurate delivery to document custodians. You'll work with post-closing teams and settlement partners to resolve exceptions and meet team SLAs. This on-site position offers visibility into the mortgage lifecycle from closing through final delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ year mortgage experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Encompass is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage active loan pipeline of outstanding collateral documents
• Scan loan documents into imaging repository and update tracking via LOS
• Ship/upload loan documents per investor guidelines and provide manifests
• Research and resolve loan exceptions from document custodian review
• Engage with title companies and county recorders offices
