Description

As a Data Migration Consultant at Ridgeline, you will lead end-to-end functional implementations of the enterprise cloud software for investment management customers. You will directly interact with stakeholders to define and deliver scope of services with an emphasis on data migrations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to transform how investment management firms operate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience within the investment management industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial instrument types, asset management industry, and data related workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and performance measurement methodologies.
• Strong experience in SQL, data integration ETL tools and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects from inception to completion, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with implementation team and customers to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities to meet project specifications.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and resolve variances between source data and Ridgeline system generated data during data conversion.
• Contribute to Customer Success initiatives to improve onboarding experience.
