You'll co-author franchise positioning and creative platforms for 2K's top game franchises, acting as a strategic peer to Creative Directors. You'll translate business objectives into soulful, high-impact creative direction and manage the diplomatic tension between business needs and creative integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Author franchise positioning and strategy frameworks
• Write and refine creative briefs for internal teams and agencies
• Maintain strategic continuity over long development cycles
• Manage day-to-day strategic workflow for assigned franchises

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative strategy or brand planning
• Experience working with tier-1 entertainment or gaming brands
• Proven ability to co-author strategic assets with senior leaders
