🎯 What You'll Do

• Build pixel-perfect landing pages in Framer with micro-interactions
• Prototype and polish complex motion sequences for differentiation
• Map narrative arcs, user flows, and conversion goals
• Translate early-stage ideas into high-fidelity visuals in Framer

📋 Requirements

• Framer fluency—variables, code overrides, CMS
• Strong motion design eye (Figma/After Effects)
• Knowledge of performance budgets and lazy-loading
• Portfolio proving ability to make users stop scrolling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing in Framer
• Familiarity with Spline or LottieFiles
• Async, founder-driven environment experience
