💼 About This Role

You'll own performance marketing and lead generation for multiple client accounts at a marketing agency. You'll manage client relationships, lead strategy across paid media and outbound, and continuously improve systems using AI and automation. This role is highly analytical and deeply involved in AI, automation, and modern growth tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client relationships and strategy discussions
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns
• Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation using Apollo and landing pages
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and results

📋 Requirements

• Digital marketing or performance marketing experience, agency preferred
• Client-facing and account management experience
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads
• Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or tech-focused clients
• Exposure to Google Ads and keyword research
• Hands-on experimentation with AI-driven workflows or automation
