You'll define Rain's motion language from the ground up, establishing principles and systems that bring the brand to life. Collaborating with marketing, you'll translate that vision into high-quality motion and brand design for product launches, campaigns, and more. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape and define Rain's motion language with principles and reusable animation systems.
• Partner with teams to ensure coherent design across all touchpoints.
• Lead high-quality motion work for product launches, campaigns, and social content.
• Support brand system by creating collateral and campaign assets.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years professional design experience, ideally at fintech or creative agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Figma.
• Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout as applied to motion.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear engaging visuals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D / Cinema 4D
• Experience in fintech / crypto
