You'll support our SaaS products by bridging the gap between engineering and client experience teams at a fast-growing healthcare technology company. You'll collaborate with product engineering, client experience, and AI teams to identify and resolve issues. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with engineering, client experience, and AI teams to resolve product issues
  • Meet with customers and internal stakeholders to diagnose potential issues
  • Reproduce, debug, and identify root causes of issues in production and development
  • Write detailed technical specifications and performant scripts or database queries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing duties
  • Working knowledge of MySQL or equivalent relational database querying language
  • Ability to read and write code using at least one modern programming language
  • Experience debugging complex API integrations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in software development with PHP, Python, or modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue or React
  • Experience in customer support or directly responding to customer issues
  • Knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, Route 53, or CloudWatch
