You'll lead CEQR analyses for complex NYC development and infrastructure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver EASs and EISs. This role offers the chance to drive environmental review for high-impact urban projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CEQR project management and documentation preparation.
• Apply CEQR Technical Manual for impact analyses across technical areas.
• Coordinate with NYC agencies to advance projects through CEQR milestones.
• Provide QA/QC oversight to ensure technical accuracy and document consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading CEQR analyses for NYC projects.
• Demonstrated expertise applying the CEQR Technical Manual and conducting impact analyses.
• Proven experience managing EASs and EISs and preparing CEQR Technical Chapters.
• Strong understanding of NYC agency roles and review processes.
