Description

You will lead the Platform Engineering team, bringing structure and clarity to planning, execution, and reporting. You'll own the operation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, while proactively collaborating with product teams and driving cross-team initiatives in security and compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading teams
• Experienced in leading DevOps/SRE or platform teams in cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, GitLab or similar)
• Strong project and program management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment
• Committed to high-quality engineering practices and people-first leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Platform Engineering team
• Own operation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive cross-team initiatives in security and compliance
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, and progress reporting (e.g., OKRs)
