💼 About This Role

You'll lead SOX IT general controls compliance for Coupang's engineering organization, managing IT control audits and deficiency remediation. Your work ensures the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting across enterprise and developed applications. This role directly impacts the scalability of Coupang's compliance program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering and corp IT for IT control audits
• Drive IT control initiatives and manage project milestones
• Design and monitor IT general controls across systems
• Lead IT control deficiency remediation efforts

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in IT SOX compliance or IT risk management
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 and IT General Controls
• Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA
• Fluent in English and Korean

• MBA or relevant graduate degree
• Experience with Workiva or similar GRC tools
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture risks
