💼 About This Role

You'll be the hands-on technician keeping our Munich sites running safely and smoothly. You'll perform daily maintenance, coordinate certified vendors, and own the essentials. This is a practical, tools-on role with clear ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Coordinate statutory inspections with accredited providers and file reports
• Maintain security systems and oversee cleaning, waste, and landscaping services
• Use CMMS to receive and close work orders, track assets and consumables

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a building/facility maintenance technician in industrial, R&D, or lab sites
• Solid hands-on skills across HVAC basics, plumbing, and low-voltage electrical troubleshooting
• Comfortable with CMMS and clear, tidy documentation
• German fluent; English workable

✨ Nice to Have

• Electrical habilitation (B0/H0 or BS/BE-manœuvre)
• SST first-aid
• CACES/authorisations for forklifts/MEWPs
