Requirements

• 5+ years designing and shipping digital products, ideally in SaaS or complex B2B
• Comfortable leading projects independently from framing to delivery
• Designs for measurable impact using research and data
• Navigates regulated or domain-specific workflows (e.g., construction finance)
• Fluent in Figma, works with design systems, leverages AI
