💼 About This Role

You'll provide litigation and administrative support to a group of United States Attorneys, handling case and collection activities. You'll manage court-ordered restitutions, draft legal documents, and assist with trial preparation. This role offers the chance to work on government innovation projects with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect court-ordered restitutions and fines from defendants.
• Draft and file legal documents using ECF system.
• Prepare garnishments, liens, and subpoenas for collection.
• Maintain case calendars and organize case files.

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or one year of ABA law school completed.
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience.
• Basic knowledge of legal research tools like LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Hands-on familiarity with word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trial experience.
• Automated litigation support experience.
• Familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.
