💼 About This Role

You'll oversee client engagements in a Top 100 accounting and consulting firm, ensuring work is performed per scope and client timelines are met. You'll manage engagement teams, perform business development, and help clients with budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. This hybrid role offers a culture of learning and growth through targeted development programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee engagement teams to ensure work adheres to scope and timelines.
• Maintain client bank, vendor, and payroll records.
• Prepare month-end packages under accruals or cash basis accounting.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in accounting field.
• Proven understanding of double entry accounting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP and taxation matters.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one accounting software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of additional accounting software like NetSuite or Intacct.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish or second language.
• Current CPA license or equivalent.
