You'll own hiring across go-to-market and G&A organizations, partnering with leaders to define role scope and build effective hiring strategies. Your core impact will be to attract, assess, and close top talent in a fast-growing fraud prevention startup. You'll help improve recruiting processes as we scale our remote-first global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A functions
  • Partner with hiring managers on role scope and hiring strategies
  • Drive proactive sourcing and market mapping for hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer close

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
  • 2+ years as a player-coach leading and developing others
  • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles in B2B SaaS

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby ATS
  • Experience hiring across US, Canada, UK, EU, APAC markets
  • Background in fintech or fraud prevention
