• Manage interview scheduling from request to conclusion
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel accommodations
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop
• Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator at a fast-paced company
• Candidate-first mentality
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Must be a U.S. Person for export control access

• Experience using Greenhouse or ModernLoop
• Proven experience scheduling within Outlook
• Familiarity with Slack
