You'll develop and execute the EMEA events strategy, driving pipeline and revenue through industry-leading events. You'll act as a centre of excellence, creating playbooks and SLAs to scale impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute regional events including flagship customer event and trade shows.
• Diagnose scaling opportunities and create playbooks, SLAs, and enablement materials.
• Drive pipeline generation through targeted and innovative events.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, People Science, and Customer Experience teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B events experience.
• Proven ability to create event marketing strategies for acquisition and expansion.
• Experience with MarTech tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Splash, or 6Sense.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• German or another European language.
• Familiarity with HR tech and the HR buyer.
• Experience with regional partners and third-party events.
