💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate on AI strategy and execution for Vectra's initiative to transform the SOC using classical ML and Agentic AI. Your work will directly impact enterprise security by automating detection and response. This hands-on leadership role reports to the CTO, offering a chance to publish at top conferences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI solutions for SOC automation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to develop AI strategies.
• Adopt novel methods or advocate traditional techniques as appropriate.
• Publish research internally and externally at top-tier conferences.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in CS/EE/Math/Physics (PhD preferred) or equivalent.
• 10+ years hands-on experience with ML/AI.
• 5+ years building and shipping ML systems with production impact.
• Expertise in Deep Learning (including RL, LLMs, Graph ML, adversarial ML).

• Record of publication in top-tier AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangChain, MCP/A2A).
