Your work ensures cases move from submission to issuance smoothly, reducing delays and improving service. This role is fully remote with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and manage life new business applications from submission to issuance
• Resolve open issues and serve as primary owner for submitted applications
• Achieve phone and transaction performance targets
• Keep producers and uplines updated on product and processing guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
