You'll own a portfolio of high-value customers, leading end-to-end delivery of Replo services that drive measurable revenue. You'll work hands-on with brands to build pages and experiments while shaping how services scale. This role offers real ownership and partnership with founders in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own delivery for a portfolio of high-value Replo customers.
  • Lead onboarding, technical setup, and launch readiness.
  • Build pages, flows, and experiments that drive revenue.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements with high quality.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years leading client services delivery with clear outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce, CRO, or growth work.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and hold high execution bar.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and defining customer path forward.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify, Replo, or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Track record of upselling and expanding through delivered value.
  • Strong network of designers, developers, or CRO practitioners.
