You'll own a portfolio of high-value customers, leading end-to-end delivery of Replo services that drive measurable revenue. You'll work hands-on with brands to build pages and experiments while shaping how services scale. This role offers real ownership and partnership with founders in a fast-moving environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own delivery for a portfolio of high-value Replo customers.
- Lead onboarding, technical setup, and launch readiness.
- Build pages, flows, and experiments that drive revenue.
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements with high quality.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years leading client services delivery with clear outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce, CRO, or growth work.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and hold high execution bar.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and defining customer path forward.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, Replo, or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Track record of upselling and expanding through delivered value.
- Strong network of designers, developers, or CRO practitioners.
