💼 About This Role

You'll assist in executing Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at a snack manufacturing facility, supporting a new project with sister company Tru Fru. You'll drive a robust HSE culture and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain continuous audit-ready state for HSE compliance
• Execute environmental compliance programs (air, water, waste)
• Manage hazardous waste activities per regulations
• Deliver HSE training to site associates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
• 3-5 years experience in safety/environmental programs in manufacturing
• Knowledge of food manufacturing and GMP
• Experience with hazard recognition and behavioral-based safety

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with industrial hygiene monitoring
• Workers' compensation management experience
• Certification in safety (e.g., CSP, CIH)
