You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Software, ML, and Security Engineering roles at 7AI. You'll act as a strategic partner to R&D leadership, raising the talent bar in a high-intensity startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives where speed and quality never compromise each other.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for R&D roles (Software, ML/AI, Security Engineers)
• Partner with R&D leaders on headcount planning and talent strategy
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage top 1% talent
• Drive structured, high-bar interview processes and close exceptional candidates

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven success hiring top Engineers in the Boston market
• Experience in fast-paced high-growth startup environments
• Ability to translate engineering requirements into effective sourcing strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting
• Experience in the Cybersecurity domain
