💼 About This Role

You'll serve as primary legal counsel to Generate Capital's development teams, guiding energy projects from permitting through construction. You'll negotiate EPC, procurement, and offtake agreements while managing regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers exposure to digital infrastructure and large-load projects alongside traditional energy assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary legal counsel on energy projects from inception through construction
• Negotiate and draft EPC, procurement, offtake, and interconnection agreements
• Manage regulatory compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise cross-functional teams on project execution and disputes

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4–8 years of legal experience with energy project development
• Experience negotiating EPC agreements, procurement contracts, and offtake agreements
• Familiarity with permitting, interconnection, and energy regulatory compliance
