💼 About This Role

You'll join the Deployment team to design and deliver clinical trials on Citrus, our proprietary end-to-end platform. You'll bridge Clinical Operations and Product, assessing feasibility and defining technical requirements. This role offers high impact in a mission-driven company transforming clinical research.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess study protocols and sponsor requirements for feasibility on Citrus
• Write detailed technical specifications for build instructions
• Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with stakeholders
• Review post-production change requests for data integrity impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a relevant clinical trial role (e.g., Data Manager, Solutions Engineer)
• Technical background (degree in CS/Bioengineering or hands-on in software development/data management)
• Project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail to identify gaps in trial design early

• Clinical trial start-up experience
• Experience with AI tools in a regulated context
