You will lead the full lifecycle of AI deployment projects for customer engagements, managing program execution from design through expansion. Your role combines tactical leadership, technical expertise, and proactive client management to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (MBA or MS preferred)
- Hands-on technical experience with architectural and ML design
- Experience leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify unmet needs
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI deployment lifecycle from use case design to UAT
- Facilitate technical workshops on objectives, specs, and integration architecture
- Drive successful customer engagements as main point of contact
- Drive process improvement for standardized AI deployment playbook
- Influence product roadmap to remain customer-centric
