Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (MBA or MS preferred)
• Hands-on technical experience with architectural and ML design
• Experience leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify unmet needs

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI deployment lifecycle from use case design to UAT
• Facilitate technical workshops on objectives, specs, and integration architecture
• Drive successful customer engagements as main point of contact
• Drive process improvement for standardized AI deployment playbook
• Influence product roadmap to remain customer-centric
