💼 About This Role

You'll support the Senior Accounts Receivable Manager in day-to-day billing and collections operations at a fast-growing AI scale-up. Your work will directly improve cash flow and reduce DSO. This role offers hands-on experience in billing and collections at the heart of a hyper-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with billing processes and invoice management
• Support accounts receivable and payment tracking
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payments

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to customers
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Curious and hands-on with a willingness to learn
