🎯 What You'll Do

• Debug complex API failures, LLM hallucinations, and integration bugs
• Write and deploy JavaScript code snippets for customer integrations
• Troubleshoot and optimize prompt engineering configurations
• Conduct technical deep-dives with customer engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of software engineering experience with production systems in SaaS
• Strong programming background in JavaScript or Python
• API debugging expertise (REST APIs, JSON, HTTP)
• Experience with logs analysis and production monitoring tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs or prompt engineering
• AI model integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of machine learning concepts
