- Lead collective action initiatives from concept through execution and impact assessment.
- Design and launch multi-organizational initiatives with operational plans and budgets.
- Build relationships with CEOs across 75+ member organizations.
- Coordinate multiple active initiatives simultaneously.
π Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in education or nonprofit sectors.
- Deep expertise in K-12 education systems and policy environments.
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives focused on collaboration or systems change.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with executives and strategic partners.
