📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in education or nonprofit sectors.
• Deep expertise in K-12 education systems and policy environments.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives focused on collaboration or systems change.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with executives and strategic partners.
