💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop on-device software for BRINC's entire hardware product line, including drones and controllers. You'll own end-to-end software development and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to impact public safety technology with a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write high-quality flight ready code in C/C++
• Establish top-level design architectures and methodologies
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and controls engineers
• Debug issues in the field and incorporate user feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years embedded software experience
• Experience with C, C++, Python
• Experience with embedded systems and interfaces (I2C, SPI, etc.)
• Experience with SoC, MCU and new hardware bring-up

✨ Nice to Have

• 7+ years in Aerospace, Robotics, or related industries
• Experience with RTOS or embedded Linux
• Experience with FPGA HDL for video processing
