Description
You will build and scale Bluefish's go-to-market strategy and revenue execution, owning enterprise revenue and driving top-line growth across AI products. Initially closing strategic deals directly, you'll progressively hire and manage a high-performing sales team while partnering with product and engineering to ensure market fit.
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise sales experience including leading teams and scaling revenue
- Proven track record building early-stage or scaling sales organizations
- Deep experience with complex enterprise sales cycles and high ACVs
- Strong understanding of selling martech/data/AI solutions into enterprise brands
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor while building a team over time
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue and report to the CRO, accountable for revenue growth and forecast accuracy
- Develop and execute a fast-moving GTM strategy including segmentation, ICP, and account targeting
- Deliver against aggressive revenue targets and lead from the front as a strategic closer
- Build a repeatable enterprise sales motion with pipeline generation, pricing, and procurement navigation
- Hire, build, and lead a high-performance sales org, including coaching and performance management
