You'll manage 15-25 high-touch enterprise accounts across France and Switzerland, owning the full customer lifecycle. You'll drive adoption of Contentsquare's AI-powered tools and build data-driven success plans aligned to client objectives. This role stands out for its strategic impact on digital business outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with executive-level contacts
- Develop data-driven success plans aligned to client KPIs
- Drive adoption of Contentsquare products and AI capabilities
- Partner with Sales on renewals and upsell/cross-sell strategies
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven ability to build C-level relationships
- Exceptional written and oral communication in French and English
- Strong knowledge of analytics landscape (Digital Experience, Product Analytics)
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
- Experience with LLM-based tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
- Additional European languages
