You'll manage 15-25 high-touch enterprise accounts across France and Switzerland, owning the full customer lifecycle. You'll drive adoption of Contentsquare's AI-powered tools and build data-driven success plans aligned to client objectives. This role stands out for its strategic impact on digital business outcomes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with executive-level contacts
  • Develop data-driven success plans aligned to client KPIs
  • Drive adoption of Contentsquare products and AI capabilities
  • Partner with Sales on renewals and upsell/cross-sell strategies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to build C-level relationships
  • Exceptional written and oral communication in French and English
  • Strong knowledge of analytics landscape (Digital Experience, Product Analytics)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
  • Experience with LLM-based tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Additional European languages
