🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate creative direction into compelling designs across web, social, email, video, events, and print.
• Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to designers to elevate creative quality.
• Develop and adapt campaign concepts that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, digital, and strategy teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in brand and marketing design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and print design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding designers in a collaborative creative environment.
