You'll manage commercial contracts and legal risks for a technology company. Your work will directly protect company interests and support business growth. This role offers full-time remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including hardware, software, and services.
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counterparties.
• Train and manage junior lawyers and outside counsel.
• Handle disputes and develop template improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of a state bar.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation or in-house counsel role.
